Middle Peninsula Transportation Demand Management is a cooperative effort with
Virginia Department of Rail and Public
Transportation and the Middle Peninsula localities to serve the commuting
needs of residents of the Middle Peninsula. Home-based and employer-based marketing
will aid commuters in assessing their transportation alternatives, increasing
employment opportunities, and assist in transportation demand management in
