Paradigm Design is leading a team of Supervisors,
Planning Commissioners, and planning staff from each
county who are tasked with drafting model comprehensive
plan and zoning ordinance language for consideration.
Ultimately, the idea is to customize the models for
each county so that they fit into their existing planning
framework.
